WHY WE TITHE

We tithe because we know that everything we have comes from God.  He is the giver and we are the receivers.

"But who am I and who are my people that we should be permitted to give anything to you? Everything we have has come from you, and we only give you what is yours already"

1 Chronicles 29:14

Malachi 3:10 gives us instruction and the promise:

Bring ye all the tithes into the storehouse, that there may be meat in mine house, and prove me now herewith, saith the Lord of hosts, if I will not open you the windows of heaven and pour you out a blessing, that there shall not be room enough to receive it.

A MESSAGE FROM THE PASTOR

I am Convinced and have faith that when we begin to understand why we tithe we will act upon God's Word.
